Pipe conveyor belts

The PIPE conveyor belt is bedding same as standard conveyor belts. After loading, special drums shape the belt in a special tube with overlapping edges. The conveyed material is completely isolated in this tube. Drums positioned hexagonal keep the belt closed throughout direction. Near the end of the conveyor, the belt opens in a standard bed belt, supported by 3 drums and goes through the last part of the route straighten. On the way back, the belt closes again in the form of a tube with overlapping edges.

The PIPE conveyor belt is available in a wide range of cover qualities: Y for general use, W for very abrasive materials, G for transporting oil materials, temperature resistant for high temperature ambient and flame resistant. On demand, other cover qualities can be offered.
