Oil resistant conveyor belts, these conveyors belts consists several layers, coated with elastomers extremely resistant at oils  and designed to withstand  with the contact of any type of oil or grease. They are also resistant to aliphatic and aromatic  solvents as well as the wear caused by  the friction and cutting.

These can be used successfully at temperatures ranging from – 35 °C to +80 °C. Ideal for the transport of oil seeds, petroleum  coke, municipal waste, fossil additives, fertilizers, metal parts lubricated.

To order this type of conveyor belts, the beneficiary must mention the following: the type of oil and composition, temperature regime details, details about the belt used previously.
The carcass is made of nylon / polyester (EP) or Polyester / Polyester (EE).

Oil resistant  conveyor belts are available in several versions:

  • MOR – antistatic and medium oil resistant belt. Operating temperature: between -30ºC and +70ºC;
  • G – G – antistatic and good oil resistant belt. Operating temperature: between -30ºC and +80ºC;
  • ROS – antistatic and excellent mineral and animal oil resistant belt. Operating temperature: between -30ºC and +100ºC.
