Conveyor belts with breaker are used for transporting unsorted raw materials, in extreme operating conditions, having a high resistance to impact.
The outer shell is made from polyamide/polyester (EP), polyester/polyester (EE), polyamide/polyamide (PP).
Conveyor belts with textile insertion and breaker can be used in an environment with temperatures between -25 and +70°C. The material from the breaker can be used as protection layer, aimed to increase the resistance at temperature, ripping, striking or strengthening the layers, in order to increase the hardness of the edges.
For the first application – increasing the resistance of the belt’s edges – steel cables are used with increased resistance to stretching, BF 125 HR as reinforcement. For the second application – increasing the hardness of the belt’s edges – cables of regular steel are used, BF 125 HR as reinforcement. Both types can use FLEXIMAT breakers, in variants with textile or steel reinforcement. One or two layers can be applied above and below the resistance support.
The rubber layers are manufactured according to DIN 22102/1-91 or according to customer’s specifications.
